Australian Orders
Flat Rate $8.00 Standard shipping 
Or Flat Rate $13.00 Express Post 
We offer FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $100 

Express Post orders will be posted on the same day, or the day after the order has been placed, to ensure you get your package swiftly! 

Express post arrives in 1-2 days in most metro post codes, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates for postcodes outside of the express post network. 

Standard post generally takes between 5-7 days from Perth to East Coast metro codes 

International shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping: $10 (Australian Dollars) via Australia Post Registered post with tracking for some countries, although some items due to weight, are not eligible for international shipping.  
International Shipping can take between 10-12 business days. 
In rare cases if the shipping costs are much higher than anticipated you may be asked to pay an additional amount for your parcel to be shipped. 
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide for orders over $100 (AUD)
For our New Zealand customers we offer  $10 flat-rate postage, and free for orders over $100
Customs and Duties Fees
We are not responsible for any customs import and duties fees that may be incurred by our customers. We will not alter parcel value amounts on customs declarations, as this is breaking the law. If however your country has specific requirements for product descriptions, please make us aware in the notes on your order. 
We will strive to get all packages out within 1-2 business days of ordering, not including pre-orders. 

 Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped once the whole order is in stock. 

If there are delays for any reason you will be contacted. 

 

 RETURNS

If you would like a refund or to exchange your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods. We are happy to exchange your purchases for any reason within the 10 day time frame to ensure you are happy with your purchase. 

Please email us at: shop@yellowdandy.com.au and we will provide return address details. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift-Cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless that item is faulty, if your item is deemed to have a manufacturers fault, we will refund your shipping costs.
You also may incur shipping costs for the exchanged items being posted back to you.
